The Mail Holding Service is a simple, straightforward, virtual mailing address service and as the name suggests, any letters, packets or parcels we receive on your behalf will be held in the office for you to collect in person.
How our Mail Holding Works:
Your mail comes into the office, we email you to let you know we have received mail, we will also let you know if there are any identifying marks indicating sender on the outside of the envelope i.e. Companies House, HMRC, DVLA etc. We will continue to hold the mail in the safety of our office for you until you come in and collect it.
All our Mailing Services are fully compatible with you receiving HMRC, Companies House, Pension, Banking DVLA post etc.
Your mail holding service can be set up in minutes simply complete the application form by clicking here. The cost is £25 per month which equates to just £5.77p per week and a deposit of £25 is also payable on application, this is fully refundable provided you give us one month’s notice when you want to close your service.
As well as receiving your mail, we also accept packets and parcels for you, many clients find this a very useful service as they are working all day and don’t want the hassle of having to arrange for parcels to be redelivered at weekends or having them left outside or in the porch.
Many businesses who need deliveries for their work the next day, use our mail holding service as they are able to go about their daily work/business and pop in at the end of their working day to collect parts or equipment needed for the following day’s job.
We can also receive via UK or International Courier services your letters, packages and parcels to our ground floor offices including Fedex, DHL, ParcelForce, TNT etc.
