Our Mail Holding / Forwarding Service is ideal for people who:

It is also ideal for those living outside the UK or businesses especially those that do not expect much important mail, for instance those businesses that need an address on their website to conform with present UK law.
How our Mail Holding / Forwarding Works:
Your mail comes into the office, we email you to let you know we have received mail, we will also let you know if there are any identifying marks indicating sender on the outside of the envelope i.e. Companies House, HMRC, DVLA etc. We will continue to hold the mail in the safety of our office for you until you either come in and collect or instruct us to forward out to you. If you are waiting for a specific letter or package we can look out for it and notify you as soon as it’s received.
We can forward to you wherever you are in the world ensuring your mail is always kept safe for you and sent on as your lifestyle requires.
As with our Mail Forwarding Service, your mail is put into a clean envelope & addressed as per your instructions, with 1st Class Postage (or as per your requirements) affixed, & then posted, this can be done daily, weekly, or monthly as per your individual needs.
CHARGED at £25 per calendar month and 95p each time we post your mail out to you, irrespective of how many items of mail at one time are forwarded on, plus postage at cost. A one off Deposit of £50 is required, but is fully refundable when giving a month’s notice for the termination of your mail forwarding service.

Any mail that is forwarded can be sent Recorded, Special Delivery or International Signed for if requested.
We can also send & receive via UK or International Courier services your letters, packages and parcels to our ground floor offices including Fedex, DHL, ParcelForce, TNT etc.
If you are travelling, we can send your mail to your temporary address, so you are never out of touch with your post.
Any junk mail or unwanted items can be held in the office for later collection or dealt with as your instruction to reduce the cost of postage if requested.
Mail Holding / Forwarding is available and suitable for both business and personal use, included is also our Registered Office Address service for limited companies which you can use as your trading address for no extra charge, meaning less confusion for your clients, with the general public, as a rule not understanding why a company’s Registered Office is different from their normal Trading Address, using Bournemouth Office Services for your mailing address solves this problem.
